How to whitelist your wallet on Paysolo
Follow the in-app flow: add your withdrawal address, classify your wallet, upload the screenshots we need, sign the ownership declaration, and submit for verification, then compliance can approve the destination.
Whitelisting on Paysolo is how you register an external crypto address so withdrawals can only go somewhere you control. The app walks you through a short, guided flow: you enter the address and context, upload proof screenshots, confirm legal ownership, and digitally sign. Our compliance team then reviews the package before the address is marked approved.
Start in the Paysolo web app. Open the main menu and choose Withdrawal addresses (wording may match your language or app version). That opens the flow where you add or manage the address you want to whitelist.
Step 1: Wallet address
paste the full withdrawal address for the asset and network you use (for example the exact chain Paysolo supports for that coin). The field is labeled as your withdrawal address; double-check every character; sending to a wrong address is usually irreversible. The helper text in the app reminds you that this is where Paysolo will send funds.
Step 2: Wallet type and details
say whether you use a CEX or exchange wallet (examples include major custodial exchanges) or a self-hosted / hot wallet (examples include common non-custodial apps and hardware-wallet setups). Then enter the platform or wallet name exactly as users know it, for instance the specific app or exchange brand. This helps reviewers match your screenshots to the story you are telling.
Required screenshots
the app asks for clear, unedited images, typically within a modest file size limit and common formats such as JPEG, PNG, or PDF. You will upload at least: an account or profile view that shows your user ID on a centralized exchange, or your wallet dashboard if you self-custody; and an address confirmation image that shows the same receive address in your wallet’s receive screen or address book (often with QR visible). There is also an optional slot for verification or history, for example KYC status on a CEX or recent transaction history for a self-hosted wallet; if you do not have history yet, the app explains you may leave that part blank when allowed.
Declaration of ownership
before you submit, you must tick every confirmation box. The statements cover that the address is yours and under your sole control, that you are the beneficial owner of funds Paysolo will send there, that your screenshots are genuine and accurate, and that no undisclosed third party has a beneficial interest in that wallet. All boxes must be checked to proceed.

Digital signature and submit
type your full legal name in the signature field. This acts as your digital sign-off on the declaration. Review the submission summary (network, address, platform, and the files you attached). When everything is correct, use Submit for verification. The app notes that compliance usually reviews within a short window (often on the order of minutes, depending on queue and case complexity).
After approval, treat the whitelisted address like a bank beneficiary list: keep entries minimal, review them periodically, and contact support if anything appears that you did not add. This article describes the product flow; always follow the live screens in your Paysolo account if labels or steps change.
